We built Tipzi in 2024 to fix exactly that. A platform where every review is tied to a real transaction, every tip goes directly to the worker, and the profile belongs to the person — not the place they happen to be working right now.
The first version was a QR code and a review form. Within two weeks, 80 workers were using it. Within six months, we'd expanded across hospitality, beauty, and fitness. In late 2025, employers joined — searching verified workers by real performance data.
Today Tipzi is live with thousands of professionals across the UK. The mission hasn't changed: give every service worker the reputation tools they deserve, and a direct line to the income they earned.
