Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel Tipzi Plus at any time and keep access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
Is the 7-Day Talent Pro Pass a subscription?
No. The Talent Pro Pass is a one-time payment that gives employer accounts 7 days of Talent Pro access. It does not renew automatically.
What happens to my profile if I downgrade?
Your profile stays active. Tipzi Plus features such as the verified badge, featured placement, and priority search exposure are removed, but your reviews, job history, and tips remain intact.
Is there a free trial?
We do not currently offer a free trial, but you can start on the free plan and upgrade whenever you are ready. There is no commitment.
How do I update my payment method?
From your dashboard, go to Plans & Billing and click Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update your card, view invoices, and more.
