Community
Guidelines

Last updated: 20 July 2026Tipzi Ltd · England & Wales

These guidelines explain how to write reviews and interact with others on Tipzi. They apply to every review, comment, and profile interaction on the Platform.

01 — Our Community

Tipzi is built on honest, first-hand reviews and genuine appreciation. These guidelines explain what we expect from every review, comment, and interaction on the Platform, so that the community stays trustworthy and useful.

These guidelines sit alongside our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. Where they overlap, all three apply together.

Read the Acceptable Use Policy →

02 — Writing a Review

A good review is honest, specific, and based on your own genuine experience of the person or business you are reviewing. Describe what happened and how it affected you — vague or generic reviews are less useful to everyone.

Do not include personal information about yourself or the person you are reviewing, such as phone numbers, home addresses, or financial details. Keep the focus on the service you received, not personal attacks.

Do not use discriminatory, hateful, or harassing language, including remarks about someone's race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Reviews that contain this kind of language will be removed and may result in account suspension.

You may only submit one review per professional. Reviews should be submitted reasonably close to the experience they describe.

03 — What We Remove

We remove content that: is not based on a genuine experience; contains personal information, hate speech, harassment, or threats; was posted in exchange for payment or a reciprocal review; or otherwise violates our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may remove content proactively or in response to a report, and may do so without prior notice where necessary to protect users.

04 — Reporting & Blocking

If you see a review or profile that breaches these guidelines, use the "Report" control next to the review, or the "Block" option on a profile, to flag it to our team. Reports are reviewed within 48 hours.

Blocking a user prevents future reviews and tips between you and that account. It does not retroactively remove content already published — report specific content separately if it should be removed.

05 — Consequences

Depending on severity, violations of these guidelines may result in content removal, a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at Tipzi's discretion.

Repeated or severe violations — including harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent reviews — will typically result in immediate suspension.

06 — Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account actioned in error, email trust@tipzi.app with your account details and the content in question. We will review and respond within 5 working days.

07 — Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
